Our Mission is to PROMOTE, STIMULATE AND UNIFY OUR DOWNTOWN.

BSDA is a membership of businesses, non-profits and local residents interested in the development, marketing, promoting, and preservation of Old Downtown Bonita Springs and its old Florida atmosphere. 

Bonita Springs Downtown Alliance Inc. is organized exclusively as a business league. We are a Florida nonprofit corporation and IRS 501(c)6 organization with Federal tax FEIN ID #81-1385933.
Annual Membership period is October 1 – September 30. The BSDA meets the 4th Tuesday of every month at 5:30 PM at Shangri La Springs.
